What's Wrong with this Picture?

Thousands of people gathered on the beach and boardwalk this morning to honor the memory of those lost on 9/11. Christian, Jewish and Muslim clergy led a prayer service. Fire, police, coast guard and navy contingents led a color guard. Lifeguards led a paddleout. And all the while, Quiksilver transacted business in their merchandise tent, directly overlooking the proceedings, and an enterprising homeowner on Penn Street raked it in at a garage sale.

Am I the only one appalled? Is nothing sacred?
